A simpler way to finish the system.
Machinechat began with a practical observation: engineers should not have to assemble brokers, databases, dashboards, scripts, cloud services, and user systems just to turn machine data into a useful application.
We founded Machinechat in San Jose in 2018 to build a better path—software that runs where the system runs, starts with a working product, and stays open enough to fit the job.
JEDI proved the model: one local app for data collection, dashboards, monitoring, history, and reports. Nexus carries the idea forward: one runtime fabric for whole physical and logical systems, with semantic context and human authority built in.
